The right to report It is important to retain the trust of our customers, cooperative shareholders, partners, employees, and of society at large. However, we are aware that reprehensible acts may occur. Groupe BPCE employees are able to report any breaches via the internal alert procedures set up in each Group entity, before this misconduct becomes a serious risk. The Group protects whistleblowers. Under no circumstances may they be subject to any disciplinary action or prosecution, as long as they act in good faith and in a disinterested manner.
